WELCOME TO THE SIDE OF SIESTA KEY YOU NEVER WANT TO LEAVE. Glistening Heron Lagoon stretches peacefully behind this beautifully restored and renovated income producing single family home, while just beyond, the Gulf of Mexico makes its presence known through salty breezes and the sound of waves in the distance. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery on a deep Siesta Key lot, this is an exceptional combination of island lifestyle, 5 Star vacation home with income potential and long term land value. Tax records reflect four bedrooms, with the fourth currently enjoyed as an office, plus two full baths. Single story, built to enhance the open, airy feeling inside, while the home's connection to the outdoors keeps the peaceful lagoon and tropical setting at the center of everyday life.
